Greetings and salutations from Macky’s Bayside Bar and Grill “Where Life is GOOD!”  Aside from these crazy little rain spells, we have been rocking and rolling over here on bayside 54th street. Our Tuesday toga theme party was a heck of a good time, with people dressed up in all sorts of goofy bed sheets. I don’t think too many ancient Greeks wore togas with care bear’s or transformers on them, but we had a few last night.
    Shout-outs to the beach patrols of OC and Fenwick Island for showing their continued support of our theme parties each and every week. Also the best bartender in OC, Ron Springer, for coming out Tuesday; hope we see you again soon!
    Swing on in this Tuesday for our “Salute your troops” party. Show your support for all those men and women who protect our country by wearing as much camouflage and red, white and blue as possible. As always, we will have $1.25 Nattys, $4 Bombs and $2.75 Bud/Bud Lt Aluminums. 
     For you barhoppers who made it down to the Fastest Bar Competition the past two weeks, you would have seen two of our bartenders bring home first place both weeks.  Congratulations to Evan Dittler and Billy Degnan for being spectacular bartenders with lightning quick hands.
    Come celebrate your independence this weekend with us on our own private beach.  Friday night we have DJ Casper in the booth for our legendary beach bash, and Saturday night with DJ Cowboy for our Party on the Bay.  Sunday Funday will be extra special with the extended weekend, with Jimmy G banging on the steel drums from 12-4pm, and Crookedfinger rocking all night from 10pm-1am. Don’t forget to enjoy our Ballistic Build Your Own Bloody Mary both Saturday and Sunday from 11-3pm.
