Come visit us at the Skye Bar 7 nights a week. Monday through Thursday we open at 4:00. Friday Saturday and Sunday we are open for lunch at 11:30. Galaxy 66 is still open weekends with live entertainment every Friday night. We’ve scaled it down to one menu for both restaurants taking the best and most popular items from each. Happy hour is 7 days a week 4-7. Enjoy great drink specials including $5 Orange Crushes. Great food specials as well and $1 oysters from our fantastic raw bar. Monday through Wednesday get a 1 1/4 pound whole lobster for $15. Thursday night is 1/2 price bottles of wine.
Make us your football headquarters as well. We have the Direct TV NFL package so no matter who your favorite team is, you can watch them here. Chow down on our tailgate menu during the games with raw bar specials, and other great items including crab nachos.
Make your new years eve reservations now. At Galaxy 66 we will be doing three seatings, 5:00, 7:00, and 9:00. The two early seatings will be $65 per person and include a three-course dinner. Choose from an impressive array of appetizers for the first course, then an entree, and finally one of our delicious homemade desserts. The 9:00 seating will be $75 per person. It will include the three-course dinner and the table is yours for the night. It will also include champagne and party favors at midnight all while listening to great sounds of legendary local band No Byscuyts.
Thank you so much to everyone who stopped in to visit us recently. I’m sorry I’m lacking on specific names for shout outs this week. I don’t even remember if I drove my daughter to school this morning, or put her on the bus. So trying to recall names and faces, or hold on to notes for half a month is far beyond my mental capacity. Thank you Brenda for an awesome Coconut Times Holiday party. Everyone really seemed to dig the new venue. I know I did.
This is the last hopper of 2014. On behalf of our family here at Galaxy 66 and Skye Bar I’d like to wish you and your family a safe, healthy and happy holiday season. We’d also like to thank you all for a great year. My new year’s resolution was going to be to stop procrastinating, but I’ve decided to put that off til a later time.
Happy Chanukah, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, etc. We look forward to seeing all of you in 2015. Yes, you read that right. Despite what you may have heard, we WILL be here to wow you in 2015. Maybe I’m being arrogant, but I like to consider myself a pretty reliable source. Thank you once again and may you all have a safe, healthy, and prosperous new year.
