    Join us on Sunday when the Redskins take on the Rams at 1pm. We are OC's official Skin's Headquarters but you can watch all of your favorite teams with us. Sit back and enjoy your game in one of our newly remodeled booths with their very own individual TV's and take advantage of our great NFL specials: we have sliders, Old Bay cheese fries, and $2 cans! It wouldn't be Sunday without our now famous $5 "Redskin" Crushes served in a Redskin's pint glass.
    We had many new and old friends stop in this past week. Carmel finally showed up after a very busy summer and Egg (Jungle Bar) didn't miss a band all week! It was a pleasant surprise to see Homey (Paul), Christa, Kathy Parks, and Rick Bromwell all in town for Crystal and Joe's wedding, Congrat's again! The legendary screenwriter/director and Baltimore native John Waters (Hairspray) also stopped in for lunch. Johnny Solo/Duo finally came back from NJ to join some friends and I for happy hour at the Raw Bar; we missed you! I can't forget to mention Megan turned 21 this week; OC better watch out.

It's always nice to see Jack and Debbie and Brian and Diane; of course, I can't leave out Pat - just about time for touch football! Our ospreys have vacated their nest for the season but come check out the pair of bald eagles that have found their way back home from last winter.

The BJ's crew showed up in large numbers to watch the Redskins in their big win against the Giants. Everyone at BJ's wants to wish our very own Nikki a Happy Birthday! This is a big one; can't wait to celebrate.

    We saw a lot of familiar faces over the past week and a few that we hadn't seen in awhile. Our former bartender Pat Kirkpatrick stopped in to say hello as did Hannah who was in town from Baltimore. Mark brought his friend Keith in all the way from Florida to indulge in our famous Seafood Skins. It was great to see Tom (Seaside Deli); hopefully we will be seeing a lot more of you now that we are hitting the off season. It wouldn't be the same without seeing Norm, not just one night but three! Christy's husband Steve brought in little Arianna to see her mom and have an adorable father daughter dance. We can't forget to mention Jack and Debbie, Jason and DC.
    Football season kicks off this week and I know everyone cannot wait for it! We here at BJ's would like everyone to take a minute on Sunday 9/11 to remember all of those that were lost and all of the men and women who are still putting their lives on the line to keep our country safe and free.

Tonight at 9pm NO BYSCUYTS will take the stage,  and Saturday night Chest Pains will be here to entertain the crowd.     Hurricane Irene shut the town down for the weekend but we still saw some familiar faces throughout the week. John G and John H stopped by to see Alex at the raw bar; Stacy B was in town from Princess Anne; it wouldn't have been the same without seeing Andy, Bill and Sherry, and the crew from Fresco's. Speaking of Fresco's, congrats to Brittney and Justin on their engagement! Welcome home Pat Pickard all the way from Hong Kong. Thanks go out to Debbie and Jack for stopping in. Diane, thanks as well but Brian we do miss you! Everybody here wishes good luck to Jake with his first teaching job!
