Did you miss me?  Last week was just a little busy down here at The Moose. I apologize for my absence from "The Hopper"...but between the Fuel/Cinder Road/Drama Club concert and Bike Weekend 2010, I kinda had my hand full...that's not a typo by the way, just my sick sense of humor..lmao!
 Anyways, both the show and the weekend went fantastic...i really want to thank everyone who "paid to play" with us last week and i can't forget my staff...without them we couldn't make these parties happen!
 As we hit the official end of summer and the beginning of fall... Sunfest Weekend... we are still rockin' the boards with the return of The Front this Friday and Saturday at 10 p.m.!  Now with two week’s worth of shout-outs to do, i better get started... Mitch Scott, G.S.B., and his security team (thank you!), Kristy, Dawn, Jess, and ? (i drink a lil bit, so 3 out of 4 ain't bad! lol), Lindsey and Lauren (straight out of Wisconsin, seriously!), Amanda from Naptown (is your phone charged?), Bentley and his boys (the old Halfway Inn), Brittany and her girls (where was Deb?), Melissa, Sherry, & Jamie (friends of my long lost Carmella!), Chris & Christina (90's OC locals), beautiful Adria and Leslie (York, Pa.), Tracy and Monique (crazy as ever!), Mike Sea (that still the nickname?), Lisa, Alysia, and Rob Rawr, Mr. Bernie, Tammy & Roger (Galaxy), Mary (minus Mutha Theresa, lol), Mark and Juli (was good to have you back, if only for a few days!),and to anyone else i mistakenly omitted... thank you all for an amazing summer!
 Before i run, i wanna wish Mike Beatty a very happy birthday and give all of my friends north of 63rd St. the heads up... it's almost October, i'll be seeing you all soon... keep on rockin'! 

    Two words... second season!  Ahhhhhh, September is such a nice time to be here in OC (October is even better, lol) and The Moose is still rockin' the boards as we roll into Bike Week 2010! Tonight brings the return of Candlelight Red, Saturday it's Broadcast, Sunday through Tuesday please check the website (www.purplemoosesaloon.com) for band info, and on Wednesday night we welcome national recording artist Fuel with special guests Cinder Road and The Drama Club to The Moose, for what is sure to be an amazing night of rock -n- roll!  Tickets are still available for this event by calling The Moose (410.289.6953), by hitting the website or you can stop by for a beer and some keno and get your ticket from our boutique... they are now $35 (plus $2 surcharge) and don’t forget this show WILL SELL OUT!  We are only selling 300 or so tickets for this event, so get your Fuel, Cinder Road, Drama Club tix ASAP... NO VIP CARDS will be accepted for this show!!
    Now that this upcoming weeks biz is taken care of, let's get to some past pleasure! Ashley from Virginia (new OC local), beautiful Rae and her girlfriends, Renee and Leah (Dundalk, Md.), Kristy and her lollipop... WOW!, Heather, Denise and Beth (WVU), the Kristens (miss you two already!), Wendy (need i say more?), Heather (it had been way too long since i last saw you!), and finally Jill, Jess, Samantha, Melissa and Jenna, i'll see you all in Towson in November!
    Before i go, i gotta remind you to get your Fuel/Cinder Road/Drama Club tickets as soon as you can - this show might be the best we've had in town since The Hurricane days!... and speaking of The Hurricane, Bix and Pete... you are still sorely missed! They are only $25 (plus surcharge), if purchased by Labor Day... NO vip cards will be honored for this event; only the first 300 or so peeps to buy tickets will get to experience Fuel and Cinder Road livae at The Moose on Wednesday night, September 15th, as we kick off Bike Week 2010... so don't dilly dally, lol... get your tix now! As for Labor Day weekend, let's just hope Hurricane Earl will head east and out to sea.... because Alive-N-Kicking is scheduled to rock the boards tonight starting at 10pm!
