Hey Ocean City, what's up?????  Tonight the PURPLE MOOSE SALOON is rocking the beach with WHITEHOUSE EFFECT. These boys tear it up and the crowd loves them, so make your way down to the MOOSE. They are also here Saturday night if you can't make it on Friday. DJ Joey Capo hits the stage every Saturday afternoon at 2 pm; he does trivia with prize giveaways for the right answers and also plays everything you want to hear. 

Then GREAT TRAIN ROBBERY returns for Sunday and Monday nights.  An Ocean City favorite, GTR plays some solid classic rock with Will McIntyre on lead guitar and Dave Capazolli on bass. Check them out, you'll be glad that you did.

Every Thursday night is Tribute night and we sure do have one for you this week!  It's COWBOY, a tribute to KID ROCK.  I'm looking forward to seeing this tribute, should be a real hoot... yea haw!  And then Friday and Saturday nights, July 26 & 27, it's SURREAL.  Big Hair 80's at its best!!!     Hello OC, what a great week we've been having, looking like summer again!  This week the World Famoose PURPLE MOOSE SALOON is rocking with incredible entertainment and spectacular ice cold drinks. Let's talk about our entertainment first. This weekend starts off with PHOENIX RISING on Friday and Saturday nights. These guys are a hoot and love to play...literally!
    On Sunday night it's a ROCK CONCERT with HILLBILLY HERALD, CROBOT and DIRT. HILLBILLY HERALD is out on tour with SLASH but have a night off so they are coming to the beach. Some of you saw CROBOT last March at the PURPLE MOOSE and they rocked. And you all know DIRT, a local favorite. You can check all the bands out for $10 at the door.  Dirt will also be playing Monday night! On Tuesday and Wednesday night it's the FUZZ, a real party rock band and NO COVER with Drafts specials both nights.
    On Thursday night it's HIGH VOLTAGE a tribute to AC/DC for all you rock fans.  They promise to kick ass so don't miss out on a great night of heavy rock. And finally rounding off the weekend is WHITEHOUSE EFFECT. So now you see what I'm talking about when I say we have a fantastic entertainment line-up.
    Now on to PURPLE MOOSE LIBATIONS: we strive at making some of the best cocktails and Bloody Mary's on the beach. Our menu is extensive and many of our drinks are local favorites, so come on in and take a look, I'm sure you'll find something just right for you!  Along with great drinks, you'll find our staff to be some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet in Ocean City.   Hello OC. The heat is on and boy did it feel nice. It's reported that another heat wave is coming and with it I sure hope it brings the tourists. We have some of the best entertainment on the east coast booked this summer and we hope you have a moment to stop in and say Hello!

This weekend making their debut for  the 2013 season is STIFF RICHARD. It's been some time since the boys were in town so let’s give them a big OC welcome home!!! On Sunday and Monday night it's FUZZBOX PIRANHA playing their sweet sounding classic rock. These guys are local favorites and a must-see for any die-hard classic rock fans. Tuesday and Wednesday it's DJ Trouble and DJ Double Trouble - aka  whoever the hell shows up, lol.

Thursday night is Tribute Thursday with the IDOL KINGS, a tribute to Journey and John Cougar Mellencamp, an excellent band that I really enjoyed last year. Keeping it short and sweet.
