Hello DEW TOUR, welcome back!   Thank you for bringing the nice weather in with you, we really DEW appreciate the sunshine! This week is shaping up to be a stellar week with old friends and great music; who could ask for more. I am happy to see Willis Kimbel, Josh Rodriguez, Bucky Lasek, Danny Mayer, Jimmy Wilkins, Omar Hassan, Alex Perelson, Piere Luc-Gagnon, Cory Juneau, Josh Stafford and Sam Beckett on the schedule at the Dew and to see you return to the PURPLE MOOSE SALOON. Good skating to you all! 

Now on to the entertainment. This weekend sees the return of OUTBREAK. These guys have great energy and will have have you jammin. I love this band and I think you will too. They are playing on Friday and Saturday nights at 10 pm. On Friday afternoon it's CK the VJ/DJ playing all the newest jams and classic rock around; his videos really keep you entertained. On Saturday afternoon you can jam with DJ JAMMIN JEFF from 2-6 pm.  He plays a great selection of music and lots of requests, so we hope to see you here. As the temperature rises, remember the PURPLE MOOSE SALOON always has ice cold beer, the best Bloody Mary's, killer cocktails, chilly air conditioning and a Birdseye view of the DEW TOUR - so join us!

HOOBASTANK, HOOBASTANK, HOOBASTANK takes the stage Sunday night, June 29th! Opening for HOOBASTANK are the VAGABONDS and CINDER ROAD. TICKETS are $25 and can be purchased online at www.purplemoose.com or at the door. You must be 21.  

This  Monday night it’s the VAGABONDS, a locals favorite!  Tuesday and Wednesday nights THAT 80'S BAND  will take the stage, playing 80's music all night long. Thursday night, ohhhhh and I can't wait, it's COLD GIN a tribute to KISS. These guys rock; they are fantastic and will make the crowd go wild. You got to see them to believe it!

  Greetings OC.The summer solstice is upon us and she has brought the heat with her too! No complaints here; my bones need a warm up and as long as the cool breezes follow, then life is good.

The PURPLE MOOSE SALOON is really heating up with great entertainment and wonderful friends. This weekend brings SURREAL back to the Purple Moose stage, a band of brothers from other mothers who love to play, sing and horse around. When they get to OC they bring great friends along too, so we all get to laugh and share good times. They will take the stage tonight and Saturday night at 10 pm; and if you like big hair 80's rock you will not be disappointed. On Sunday and Monday night FUZZBOX PIRANHA BRINGS IT.  I can never praise these guys enough, they are just so good. No Cover during the week, so no excuses!

On Tuesday and Wednesday nights check out DIRT. These boys bring alternative and grunge rock with them, along with solid sounds, great skills and the bad boy looks of rock! Ladies, enjoy the view! And then on Tribute Thursday we have the IDOL KINGS, playing JOURNEY AND MELLENCAMP all night long. A real crowd favorite playing I guess what the kids call the classics today. Whatever your musical taste, I think we have it here because if the band isn't playing what you like then I'm sure a DJ has you covered.  Come on down and check out the World Famous PURPLE MOOSE SALOON!

On June 29th, (Sunday of DEW Tour)  National Recording Artist HOOBASTANK will be gracing the Purple Moose stage, opening for HOOBASTANK is CINDER ROAD.  Tickets are $25 and it's general admission.   WELCOME OC AIR SHOW AND VISITORS! What a week of entertainment we have for you. Tonight and tomorrow night the one and only WHITEHOUSE EFFECT are back for their first gig this season. A couple of the guys got married over the winter so we here at the  PURPLE MOOSE SALOON want to offer our Congratulations to them!!!! I love this band; I love their energy, their music selection, their energy and their energy. Are you catching my drift? I  always forget I'm getting older when they come to town because they make me want to dance and jump around, and then the next day my body is screaming at me. Oh well, C'est la Vie.

On Sunday and Monday nights come on down and check out HEADS UP. These boys come from Baltimore and play a great selection of music; solid musicians who know how to mix it up. There is NO Cover  Sunday through Thursday, so there is no excuse not to come out and hear some great music. Tuesday and Wednesday nights it's our rocking DJ's: Tuesday DJ / VJ JAMMIN JEFF spins the tunes and on Wednesday it's CK the DJ / VJ.

And then we have Tribute Thursday with COWBOY, a tribute to KID ROCK.  I booked them last year with trepidation but to my great surprise they rocked it and I had a blast. So they are back!

    Hello and Welcome to the World Famous PURPLE MOOSE SALOON!  We are starting this weekend off with a band that's solid and alternative rock. The return of DIRT guarantees us a crowd of local music lovers and rocking tourists who like to party. Come on in and enjoy the fun. On Sunday and Monday night the one and only FUZZBOX PIRANHA returns. Yes, they are one of our favorites; that is why we have them here so often. If you have not seen them, come in and be amazed. They are the only 3-piece band allowed on our stage; these guys bring it each and every time! On Tuesday night check out DJ Jammin JEFF at 9 pm and on Wednesday night come by and dance your night away with CK the DJ.  Both of our DJ's are video DJ's and they give-a-way free stuff. Don't miss out.
    Then on Thursday night the one, the only, JUDAS PRIESTESS returns!!!!  And the crowd goes wild!!!! This is one night you really don't want to miss, people; make plans around this band because they are so good. At the end of the show the girls sign autographs and take pictures with their fans. These girls are ROCK STARS when they play here!
    I'm so excited to announce that HOOBASTANK will be hitting the PURPLE MOOSE STAGE on Sunday, June 29, 2014  (DEW TOUR). TICKETS will go on sale Thursday, June 12, at 11 am. Tickets are $25 and limited to 6 per order. To reserve your tickets, go to www.purplemoose.com, click on concert tickets and order away. There are limited tickets so be ready at 11 to get yours. Tickets can only be picked up on the day of the show.  
    The next TAM class is scheduled for June 17, 10 am @ Halls Restaurant. Call 800-921-1381 to reserve your seat.
