Hey OC, it's Bike Weekend and the Staff at the PURPLE MOOSE SALOON  would like to WELCOME all of our Biker Friends. Ride gently, be safe and all of you automobile drivers, slow it down and listen closely.
    The PURPLE MOOSE is rocking with some great entertainment this weekend. Tonight and Saturday night it's the one and only SURREAL. These guys play classic rock and big hair ‘80s rock like no other. They will tear it up again this weekend, I have no doubt. On Friday and  Saturday afternoon starting at 2 pm, DJ Joey Capo will be spinning some tunes, good old classic favorites that will have you dancing. Then Sunday night (local night) KASHMIR will kick it up with some non-stop Lez Zeppelin music. They are playing during the festival, so enjoy,  but to catch the full show you must come to the PURPLE MOOSE on Sunday night.  So we hope to see you here!
    Next weekend DOC HOLLYWOOD  will tear it up with that Philadelphia attitude and tunes to match, so make your plans. And for Wine Fest the boys from WHITEHOUSE EFFECT will blow the roof off of the Purple Moose.
    We have had a great time partying with ALL of YOU this summer and we truly appreciate your support. We are looking forward to enjoying the off season with each and every one of you....Peace, Char

    Hello OC, it's second season time, it's second season time (whistling). I simply love this time of year! I love the opportunity to slow down during the week to listen to some great music. What the PURPLE MOOSE SALOON has in store for you this week is phenomenal entertainment. This Friday and Saturday night WALK OF SHAME will rock the house, as long as they don't drink too much (cough, cough. DJ Calico will jam on Sunday and Monday night and the boy sure does know how to mix it up. DIRT will be here Tuesday night for all you 90's alternative/grunge fans, so get ready to rock.
    Then on Wednesday night, the one and only ALMOST QUEEN hits the Purple Moose stage. You really have to make the time to see these guys from NEW YORK, they are a tribute band to QUEEN and let me tell you they are INCREDIBLE. I just can't wait to see and hear ALMOST QUEEN. HYJINX is here Thursday night. Meghan is off the chain with her killer vocals and the rest of the band ain't too bad either.
    Then Friday and Saturday nights of BIKE WEEK, the one and only SURREAL will kick it up. I love me some Bikers and they love SURREAL. So let's rev it up. WELCOME BACK!
    KASHMIR is here on Sunday September 16. If you like ZEPPELIN then you'll love KASHMIR. Jean, Paul, Andy and Matt will take you back to a place where music was the spice of life. Come on down and hang with us while we all get transported back in time.
    Finally, I need to give my hubby Bob a shout out. He's always got my back and makes sure I make it through the summer healthy and happy. He knows what I need and just when I need it, whether it’s bringing my dog Quincy in to see me, writing my barhopper, finding something good to eat or just simply making me stop in my day to enjoy the beach.
